240ml  Nescafé Nitro Cold Brew coffee

30ml    UHT Coconut milk

30ml    Cinnamon Brown Sugar syrup

Garnish of Whipped cream and Caramel sauce

Method

Pour coconut milk and syrup and stir

Dispense Nescafé Nitro Cold Brew

Garnish with whipped cream and caramel sauce

Tip: Coconut milk can be replaced by any plant based milk of choice. Omit whipped cream and caramel sauce for a vegan recipe.

 

Nitro & Cream

If you have the luxury of a liquor license – the Nitro & Cream cocktail is an easy win for lovers of the classic espresso martini or Toblerone cocktails. Winter tastes call for the richer flavours that coffee cocktails showcase. This can be served on its own or alongside any dessert options you offer. To make it you will need:

120ml  Nescafé Nitro Cold Brew coffee

30ml    Irish whiskey

20ml    Irish cream liqueur

20ml    Coffee liqueur

15ml    Whipped Cream

Method

Measure all ingredients into serving glass

(Hurricane or Irish Coffee Mug preferred)

Stir and top with whipped cream

Garnish with shaved nutmeg.

 

Flamed Orange Mocktail

With only two ingredients, this mocktail is a simple, yet effective way to inject some excitement into your offering without the worry of stock wastage from a large list of ingredients. The orange and coffee are an easy match with chocolate, nuts and certain dried fruits. To make it you will need:

20ml Flamed Orange syrup

200ml  Nescafé Nitro Cold Brew coffee or NESCAFÉ Cold Brew coffee

Method

Pour Flamed Orange syrup over ice into glass

Dispense Nescafé Nitro Cold Brew or Nescafé Cold Brew

Stir to combine and serve

Tip: Garnish with orange wedges for a more polished look
