Gin & Pinetonic


Serves: 10oz


120ml Nescafé Cold Brew
30ml Gin
30ml Tonic water
1 Ring Pineapple slices


  1. Dice ¾ of pineapple ring into small pieces
  2. Mix gin, Nescafé Cold Brew and pineapple bits in shaker
  3. Double strain over ice
  4. Top with tonic water
  5. Garnish with remaining ¼ wedge of pineapple and lime
